What Does Each Committee Do? Ventures: This committee is responsible for raising the funds we need for our international projects. They do this by hosting campus fundraisers, or ventures. There will be a new committee for each venture, but one listserv to coordinate all of them. International Projects: This committee is responsible for selecting and planning all of our sustainable grassroots development projects for the summer. Last summer we sent students to Mexico, Peru, and Honduras. Awareness: This committee works to increase campus awareness about Nourish and what we do on campus and abroad. This committee also works to increase campus awareness about key development issues through speakers, documentary showings, and discussion groups.
